Aisling Bea

Aisling was born on March 16 1984, in Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's best-known and popular comedians. The comedian appeared on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling O'Sullivan, better known as her stage name Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984) is an Irish actor, writer and comedian. Bea's acting career started in the year 2011 as a comedian following her appearance in a few part for Irish and British television shows beginning in 2009. In 2012, she was frequently being featured on sketch comedy programs and sitcoms. Following her win in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was invited to appear on a number of panel show. Between 2016 and 2017 she was part of the 8 Out of 10 Cats' team, as well as a participant on the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. Her parents are Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her younger sister, was born. The only ever female winner of So You Think You're Funny. Bea, her maiden name, was a tribute to her late dad. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. Bea's father Brian, an equine vet who was killed at the age of three when Bea reached the age of three, was an victim of self-harm. She was told about his passing at thirteen years of age. To honor her father, she took the stage name Bea and, in the year 2017, wrote an article about suicides and deaths that affected her family for The Guardian. Bea's mother Helen She is a jockey-trainer and former pro jockey was responsible for taking care of her and Sinead. Her family were in love with racing and horses. When she was a child, Bea employed as a tour guide for the Irish National Stud however she realized at an early age that she wasn't keen on the sport of racing for a profession, but instead enjoyed performing.
