Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara is a Romanian German film and TV actress famous for her performance in films like Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. She was the sole child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu, Alexandra began her career in show business at an early age. At the age of 16, she turned 16, Alexandra had landed leading roles in several TV dramas. Her critically-acclaimed performance in the television film Der Tunnel paved way for other notable roles including the role of Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudl Junge in the commercially and critically profitable Oscar nominated historical war film Downfall. The Reader is another Oscar nominated film featuring this divas. Alexandra has been associated with numerous notable projects, both nationally and internationally. These projects include the British Biographical Film Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time French Historical Miniseries Napoleon and many others. In addition, she is an official jury member for each of the Transylvania International Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival.
